When is the best time to talk to Regency about a showerscreen for my new home?
Ideally you should talk to us prior to construction commencing, as there may be issues relating to fixing to timber frame walls and waterproofing that are easier to resolve before any building work takes place.
Will Regency install my new showerscreen or wardrobe?
Regency installs all showerscreens and wardrobes it sells to ensure that they are working properly. This is especially important for your showerscreen where it must be installed to meet requirements of the Australian Standards Code. We want you to be confident that you are receiving a lifetime of reliability from your Regency showerscreen or wardrobe.
Where is the best location for my showerscreen?
This really does depend on the design of your bathroom and what your requirements are. We suggest you do a sketch of your room and consider the following factors:
- If you are renovating and not moving plumbing services, then plumbing or waterproofing locations may determine placement of the shower.
- Consider doors and the space they need to open, this includes the entry door into the bathroom and also showerscreen doors.
- Factor in windows and other elements that you can't move.
- Smaller bathrooms or ensuites may suite showerscreens with sliding doors, like the Aqua Slider.
Can you provide a quote for the work involved?
Regency offers a free no obligation quote for both wardrobes and showerscreens. Our sales consultant will visit your home and measure the area for installation purposes.
What does the price include?
The price includes the showerscreens / wardrobes you have chosen and their installation. Your Regency sales person will always be happy to discuss and take you through your quote in detail if you have any questions.
How long does it take from when I place my order to when my showerscreen is installed?
This will depend upon the style of showerscreen that you choose and also the time of year might extend some leadtimes - i.e. leading into Christmas. Your local sales consultant will advise you of lead times. Be sure to tell us if you are working towards a particular date or timeframe.
What can I do with my old showerscreen?
You don't need to worry about disposing of your old shower, we can remove your old showerscreen for you as part of our service.
What work needs to be done before you install my showerscreen?
This is one of the most important questions you can ask. The tiling needs to be completed before we can come and do a site measure and put your showerscreen on order.
Can you help me design my wardrobe?
Absolutely! Regency offers a free design service to help you when choosing your new Galleria wardrobe. Our design specialist will visit your home and advise you on the best solurion for your needs in terms of style, storage fit out and accessories, our range on finishes on offer and sizing.
