Make a claim

Should you experience any issues with your Regency products, please contact the team in writing within 30 days of the defect arising.

When contacting us, please include the following details:

  • Your full name
  • Address
  • Telephone number
  • Builders name (if applicable)
  • Approximate date of installation
  • Your original proof of purchase of the item(s)
  • A written description of the defect
  • A photograph of the defect
  • A written assurance that the Goods have not been damaged, incorrectly assembled, installed or operated, negligently treated or misused.

Submit your claim by submitting your details via ourย Enquire Nowย form or mail to Regency Showerscreens Pty Ltd, Level 3, 78 Waterloo Road, Macquarie Park NSW 2113.

Once received, the Regency team will be in touch to arrange an inspection.
